In Florence, Texas 45 miles from Austin, the parents of three toddlers were arrested when the children tested positive for methamphetamines. The children, ages 1, 2 and 3 of Michael Joseph Denson and Melody Lorraine Whatley were taken into custody by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
This is not the first incident in which the couple’s kids have tested positive for drugs as two of the couple’s children tested positive for marijuana at birth. The parents were arrested under a new law making them criminally responsible for their children testing positive for drugs.

I bet they will be released with a slap on the wrist and their poor children will be returned to them. These poor children don’t have a chance with parents like this.
